This is part of the 'flash mob' mentality. I think it will occur more in the future. I hope the actions of the police in this case made an impression on the relatives.

Most of us who have been active at DL sites already know about mobs of illegals and their betheren.
Did anyone see that video from the SF Bay area where a mob was attacking cops? Illegals will be learning from the home grown mobs too. |

This is the mind set that "If there's enough of us, we don't have to follow the law" and that has been working for them in the recent past. Remember the protest at Lamerk Park where those with a permit were arrested because there were more of the attackers and the police cowered when presented with the numbers?
Gang mentality. Expect to see more of it as things get worse. Society has excused such behavior as 'they're poor' or 'they haven't had the opportunities that others have had' and given them a pass. Now they feel empowered and form group solidarity because it's working so well. And if the police step one inch over the line, they'll be punished for it. The old saying "Give them an inch, they'll take a yard" is so true. |

I agree, it infuriates most of us. It's best to always try to be ready for anything as we go about our day. Last night at the football game they played the National Athem, a man next to me yelled "hey! Be quiet". I yelled get your hand over your heart real fast before I take your heart out! Show Respect! The three boys hopped right to it. Of course they weren't happy, but I didn't care. They should go home and pack their family up and leave our country!f
