I got a message from FAIR. The cloture vote is at 11:30 EST. which is 8:30 Am In California.
We need to keep calling. It's 6 Am now, coffee is almost done. I'll keep calling for the next three hours. Good luck everyone.

As of 6:41 AM California time, I was able to get through to the offices of Boxer, Feinslime, Hoeven, Heller, and Kirk. The capitol switch board wait lines were not to bad either.
It's a good opportunity to get through now if you have the chance.
