Yes, I've noticed it also. I've also noticed some of my liberal friends, and die hard democrats making comments not exactly supportive of Obama. I'm not even sure if they will make it to the polls.
In a way it was easier for Democrats to support a politician that had virtually no accomplishments then one that we have been living with now for four years.
I guess it doesn't matter I'm sure Obama will still take California
