In a couple of months, it's going to be very cold to be camping outdoors anywhere around Wall Street.

As you know I'm a New Yorker. Not the city but 20 miles upstate North West in Rockland County. If there is anything that I know it has been acquired in living and working around and in the Big Apple beginning in 1953 and off and on then for the last 41 years.
NYC is a composition of Nationalities. It is geographically composed of 5 Boroughs; broken into Islands connected by bridges: Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island. Queens has been reported to contain 136 Nationalities. We have an important population of diverse attitudes, ethnic population, the whole broad spectrum of every possible religion, nationality, national custom, belief, attitude, philosophy, custom, recipe, food ................................... I do not pay any attention to the current protests. They are not on my radar. These are simply more lunacy from the big apple by the freak show loonies. Virtually worthless to the end game of helping our country to solve the current problems. I took some photos and video of the protest here in Sac, but I didn't believe it worthy of posting. Loose band of nobodies with no real single purpose, no real leadership, and no creativity. Truth is they should let 'em camp out in the park for a few days, 'cause their event is a real snoozer. They had to hold a seance and conjur up that old Sheehan character to try and breath a bit of life into thiercampaign. I doubt that's going to work either.
One guy I photographed writing his message in chalk on the ground in the park said something to the effect of "pigs at the troth". I asked what a troth was, and of course found out he just couldn't spell. The media had the most interest in these derelicts; Most downtowner's just yawned |
