Here is my two-step plan.

We may have to kiss the keisters of the illegal invaders, it is still a felony to aid and abet them.

If some honest men and women in law enforcement, would go after the lowlifes in the government, business, and the general population that have been aiding and abetting them, by the time they had enough of a handle on the job to raise their heads and look around, I don’t think many illegal aliens would still be left.

We don't need any new laws to do this either. Just some honest men and women in law enforcement that take their oaths of office seriously!

Finding them is the first step!

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(B)(ii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."
Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:
* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

A smaller percentage of the criminals involved in the tyranny are of Hispanic decent than one would imagine at first glance!

We can start by upholding our basic laws, but clearly since the basic laws are not being upheld, then some new laws are going to have to be considered. But it depends on what we got already and why that hasn't been working.

The most important change that we need to see is about anchor babies. We need to make it clear that only the offspring of two US citizens qualify as birthright citizens.

I think we are going to have to be real careful allowing the criminals in the government of both parties to pull us into any debate for new laws. Your birthright area may be safe to consider...but still... like I've said before...

Why would anyone even consider negotiating with anyone that never gets around to keeping their word on any of the immigration laws of the past?

What would be the point?

This is like the people that got caught by their own rules while playing games as children. Every time they would get caught in one of their old rules they would start in on a big speech for a new rule. They never would pay up on being caught on the old rule.

No one plays with them long.

Just what are we still doing dealing with these liars?

The problem is the "two party system". As long as the public continues to support the notion that government just naturally consists of the "two parties", the Democrats and the Republicans, and that there are no other political interests, we are going to have the same problems.

The backbone of the "two party system" is the primary election system where we hold public elections for the nominees within the two parties. The public is drawn up in these elections and frequently confuses them with the election for the actual office. Our last election here in California was a primary election for the races for the party candidates for governer. The actual election is this November.

The only thing we have to do to get rid of the publicly financed and managed primary elections is to confront the odious practice of asking your political party when you register to vote. Most people who are voting are already registered and don't really think too hard about the fact that they are on file with the government as to their party affiliation. Nobody has any business asking you what your political party is when you register to vote. And nobody has any business keeping track of your political party for purposes of elections. We need to make it a criminal act to ask what your political party is for purposes of voting and voter registration. There are many such criminal acts possible around voting and voter registration.

This will destroy the "two party system". No more Red States. No more Blue States. A whole new order will emerge while the "two parties" scramble to reorient themselves to who their members are and the members themselves are forced to actually think about what it means to be either a Democrat or a Republican.

Has anyone noticed all the media attention given to the marriage of Chelsea Clinton? Since when does the marriage of a daughter of a former president qualify as a media event? It is the cultural advancement of the "two party" order.
