It is Mexico's population that needs reducing and this is being accomplished by allowing them to come here.
The drug problem is money based, not user based. The Drug War has created the massive profits that drive organized crime in Mexico and the US. What is not discussed with celebrity drug use is the money they spend on it and their social connections that thrive on it and are driven by it. Rich celebrities do not get their drugs from a street corner.
We don't hear reports on where they get their drugs, but we can guess. It comes from the labor that these people surround themselves with to support their luxurious appetites. A big mansion needs labor to keep it up. Somebody living in a place like that couldn't do it by themselves even if they were willing.
