Douglas, Ariz. - A male Mexican national from Agua Prietà, Sonora, Mexico was arrested on Thursday for attempting to smuggle 245 pounds of marijuana, through the Port of Douglas. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers selected for inspection a SUV driven by a 36-year-old after a narcotic detection canine alerted to the vehicle. (more)
