They can pass Amnesty and raise all the super-pac money they want. If Amnesty passes Republicans will never get even close to a majority of Hispanic votes and will alienate a huge amount of the Republican base. Bottom line Amnesty is a double loosing proposition for Republicans. Amnesty only leads to one party rule in the USA.
