Sorry but this will be tossed out at the first opportunity. Private citizens cannot charge anyone with treason.

A grand jury would have to be conveigned, hear evidence, and bring the charge then present it to federal court. The court would review the evidence and the charges and issue an indictment. In the case of the president, the indictment would be presented to the Speaker of the House who would direct the Senate Sergeant at Arms to make the arrest.

Anyone can file anything in court, it doesn't mean a thing.
