Default Spring Weather Inspires Illegal Vendors In Sac
Sacramento illegal vendors sprout all over the county as weather turns nice, and produce ripens. I went out for a trip to the bank, the meat market, the fish market, and the produce market, and I counted 29 illegal vendors. I started snapping photos, but then the battery went dead.
