Don't give Bush all the credit for this tax cut/decrease. The democrats have been receiving far too much cover over this scam. The change in congress hasn't even occurred yet, but that was the reason given for the vote? No..they caved in because they either came to the realization that the tax cuts were good for the economy or their contributors, or they were getting pressure from the same quarter the republican heirarchy gets it from. I think they were just given a golden opportunity to blame the change in house reps, and they are allowed to continue calling them the "Bush" tax cuts, yet reap any rewards from them silently
