Everything changes. Most of the San Diego Area I have seen over the last ten years, with the exceptions of places like National City, El Cajon, and Logan Barrio seems to me more exibits a hypocritical form of environmentalism and left leaning sentiment. I haven't been to the Gas Lamp area because I generally don't like elbow to elbow crowds and no place to park.

Otherwise, these are eight guys in a newspaper photo gallery out of a county population of 3,095,313 according to last year's census, and the webpage describes one person as being "Brazilian - American", whatever that means - no description of the others nationality.

We can guess, but race doesn't describe nationality. Then, to be fair, if we assume that the brown men are representative of "Latino" behavior, then we must assume that the white men are representative of "white" behavior.

The issues are much deaper than that.
