I've seen similar problems at other public donation used items stores. But not only do they monopolize purchases at the store, maintaining a constant presence with communications to apraise the stock, but they also were stealing from people parked in the area shopping at the store. Sometimes donations never made it to the store. I nearly lost a bicycle that way.
