Taney County is in Missouri. A long way from San Diego County.

This would not be the first time she's ran afoul of the law, unfortunately.

Several years ago the San Diego cops tried to frame her for vandalizing an "immigrants camp." They produced signed declarations from Mexicans who allegely saw her vandalize their camp (i.e. they were camped in a canyon where they built open fires that threatened to engulf the area in wildfires and consorted with child prostitutes, among other things).

Unfortunately for the corrupt San Diego machine, Czajkowski was attending a rally in Santa Ana, 80 miles away at the exact time and date when the Mexicans said they saw her vandalizing their camp. Her picture appeared on the front page of the Orange County Register, standing next to an ORange County Sheriff's Deputy, who was identified by name. After the cops executed a search warrant on her home, the story and accusations, and the Orange County Register photo, exploded all over the internet and the cops realized she had an iron clad alibi. No charges were filed.

Who knows what is the real truth behind this Missouri story? It's easy to frame people and kids will say anything. Sad to see a patriot come to this.
