He changed his mind, now he says there's a 90% chance it will be repealed:

1. No protection is higher than the doctor/patient relationship (per SCOTUS)which this law breaks.

2. The COTUS has no authority to mandate private citizens purchase private products or services according to previous SCOTUS decisions.

3. THE COTUS has no authority to commandeer state legislatures by telling them to tax and how to spend them.

The bad part is the AG challenge, if fast tracked, would take at least two years to be heard. And no major corporations will challenge the law due to financial harm to their stockholders.
