2. Run downtown and begin applying for all of the "entitlement's". EACH kid is worth $10,000 annually.
3. Dummy up a 1040 form showing that your income is below the poverty level.
4. Under the current executive order, now being promoted, and due to a loophole you will be able to receive a refund of $29,000. But don't take my word for it:*( Earned Income Tax Credit ).
