Strange coincidence; I was wondering just yesterday what was happening with this one

SAN DIEGO -- Jury selection has begun in the San Diego murder trial of the son of former state Assembly speaker Fabian Nunez.
Selection began Tuesday and continues Wednesday.
Twenty-one-year-old Esteban Nunez and co-defendant Ryan Jett are accused of stabbing 22-year-old Luis Santos in 2008.
Santos was a student at San Diego Mesa College. Prosecutors claim that Esteban Nunez, Jett and two other men were angry because they were refused entry to a fraternity party and attacked Santos as he walked nearby.
Defense attorneys say the men acted in self-defense.
Esteban Nunez and Jett are charged with murder, assault, vandalism and conspiracy to destroy evidence.
