Oh wow. Then what? You mean they aren't going to actually send somebody out to arrest them and throw them out? Then what's the point of the cameras? Somebody's getting paid though for all the high tech, right? And meanwhile they are spying on everybody within range of the cameras. Never mind a little mission-creep.
Protecting the border means boots on the ground, catching people trying to cross and then throwing them out again.
