If an amendment is declared unconstitutional it is of course retroactive

Going one step further , an illegal has the right to contact their consulate, the reason is they are citizens of their home country and UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION , or else they would not have the right to contact a foreign consule

They have this serious mindset that all Whites are the illegals and they own this land. It would be funny if they really didn't believe it , but they do.
I guess this is what they are teaching in chicano studies these days
