Debra Bowen, newly re-elected secretary of state, wants you to forget the support, campaign donations, and votes you all gave her a few months ago, and do it again to get her elected as your congresswench. Yes; it's true. In office barely a month, and she wants you to help her move out.
It's no wonder California has such low opinions of its' politicians. They're flaky. One has to wonder if she is just worried about the stability of her income as the state buckles under the strain of financial income collapse, and spending committments demanded by an ever increasing needy constituency.

I say we save the money on an election, and treat this as a forfeiture instead. Install the next highest vote getter that ran against her
