Default Finally: A sentence For Aiding A Person Fleeing To Mexico

http://www.sacbee.com/2012/10/17/491...g-alleged.html

A few years ago, a mexican was the prime suspect in the murder of his girlfriend here in Sac, and the suspects parents ran to his job and helped him flee to mexico to evade the crime. After it was discovered, the DA here wouldn't raise a hand against the parents, even though the suspect would have been apprehended had they not picked him up from there first.
They just don't want to put the parents in line for deportation too.

Here, at least the DA is taking a step in the right direction.
