That guy's right. An amnesty would very much tip the balance of power toward Democrats for at least a generation. The newcomers would not be interested in "progressive" issues, however. They would vote for candidates they believe would be handing them taxpayer funded goodies.
Any importation of Have Nots will always favor the liberals in elections.
