I have posted a bit about what I think is an abusive use of parking citation process, and just to give people a little education and preparation for how you can appeal parking citations if you feel they were issued unjustly. The following two part videos are from one of my appeals. These are the second stage of what can be a three stage process. the first being a written letter of appeal, and if not successful, you are allowed to demand an in-person hearing.
