Tucson, Ariz. - A 33-year-old male from Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico, apprehended by Naco Station Border Patrol agents in October 2011, was sentenced May 14, 2012, to 37 months of confinement. The U.S. Attorney's Office prosecuted Jose Luis Juarez-Landeros, previously convicted on felony charges, for illegally re-entering the United States. (more)
