If GE manages it's business in the same manner it managed the construction of it's Romoland generation plant three or four years ago, the company, the stockholders, and it's employees are doomed.

One half of the GE staff were forestalling subcontractor production, and the other half was all over subcontractors for lack of progress.

Not to mention the transformers manufactured in Mexico, which was certified to have been pre-assembled in Mexico to assure fitting, but had to undergo a number of modifications during plant assembly in order to bolt and seal.

So much for low bid.

And don't believe the Board of directors are against "tax cuts for the rich" or that they work for free. They play both ends against the middle.
