Perhaps for some, but for the bulk of your assertion, you're full of shit.
Most want to return with a pot full of money, but that usually doesn't happen, and the kids are Americanized - they don't fit into the parent's home countries. So it turns out to be an unintentional one way trip and they improvise on the fly with opportunity extended by brown American racists and other American suckers who buy into it for several different reasons.
This is the tragedy of our government ignoring immigration law, and the stench of it all is upon
ALL of our
AMERICAN politicians who have let it all happen since the 1986 immigration law.
