Marco Rubio is the son of Cuban exiles. While he may not sympathize with brown racism of Mexican ancestral origins as Cubans and Mexicans are different peoples and often mutually exclusive of one another due to prejudices, he may look at such things as out of state tuition through the prism of his own experiences.
