The people you refer to are not the Nutball's countrymen and the alleged "countrymen" would deny it. There is an important distinction between people you are missing.

The link is the nutballs are using foreigners for their children, who won't be the "countrymen" of foreigners either, but the plan is for the children to educated by the nut balls.
