We should get rid of the ATF. We should get rid of the DEA too. We need to end the Drug War and completely restructure our legal approach to alcohol and tobacco too. And we also need some comprehensive federal laws around protecting the Right to Bear Arms and enforcing against clear violations like trafficking in or possessing fully automatic weapons or ordinance.
