I already posted. It's all in the 182 page Texas report that I mentioned . His multi page letter to Janet Napolitano and Barack Obama lays it all out clearly. He politely chews her out and more, lays it on the line as to what he wants. The Generals, authors lambaste DHS.

The rest of the report is dynamite. Cutting and pasting a few excerpts, if it was possible, will only give a tiny amount of information that can be taken out of context.
I think the liberal media and Democrats will be happy to do a hatchet job on Perry. As it is he is doing a poor job of expressing all of his positions on immigration.
