But here is how absurd this is. If these communities need immigrants, then why aren't they there already? If immigrants were really more likely to be entrepreneurs, then they already would have spotted an open opportunity. Immigrants are either opportunists or simply responding to opportunities offered by other immigrants from the same place they come from.
Immigration is a corrupt racket and if there was anything for immigrants to snatch in areas of declining population, they would be there already. What more are these places supposed to do? Have they outlawed leaf-blowers or something?
