There's also laws "out there" in regards to legal immigration as well, but I'm sure They don't always believe it, or know that it can be enforced.
Good find....the East-Bay is getting really bad, especially Richmond, and Contra Costa County, last time I was there.
And on that note, it was probably the last time I'll ever go through there.
