So, we went to the Senate Appropriations Hearings tuesday, specifically to testify against Senator Yee's bill to allow businesses selling fish to keep records in languages other than English. Unfortunately discovered to was allowed to proceed to the senate floor without a hearing. Not to worry; we'll hit it when it gets to the assembly hearings. Anyway, while we were there, we testified in favor of Senator Berryhill's bill to allow fishing licenses to be sold for a whole year from date of purchase, as opposed to renewing only on January 1st. Also testified against a gun bill, mainly because there have been so many firearms bills that firearms owners, and prospective one's, just can't keep up with them all
