And now They allow "Protesters" to hold signs warning of the check points.
When I lived there, The PPD would station patrolcars, and bikes blocks away to catch the Ones trying to avoid the checkpoints.
On another note, is'nt having the signs in Spanish-only descriminating against American Law-breakers?
