I don't know how it would be that islam isn't already controlling major parts of the USA. A sharia court instructed the state court of Ohio to return Rifqa Bary to her father where she will be murdered. The only question as to whether sharia or state laws will be followed is whether Rifqa's father will be prosecuted after he kills her.
