Undocumented Activists Infiltrate Florida Detention Facility

A group of undocumented immigrant activists say they have infiltrated a detention facility in Broward, Florida, and found dozens of immigrants there who should be released under the Obama administration’s policies. Seven organizers with the National Immigrant Youth Alliance allowed themselves to be placed in deportation proceedings in order to organize with detainees at the Broward Detention Center.

The group said they found more than 60 detainees with no criminal record or prior deportations, some of whom were detained as passengers in vehicles. They also found detainees in need of immediate medical care, including one with a blood clot in his leg and another with a bullet in the spine. Despite an executive action announced by President Obama last month to stop deportations of many undocumented youth, the group said they found more than a dozen young detainees who would qualify for the DREAM Act, a legislative proposal granting residency to certain youth who entered the country as minors.

Obama administration officials had promised to comb through backlogged cases to close those involving immigrants with no criminal records and strong family ties, but fewer than 2 percent of deportation cases have been closed under the review.

They found a whole dozen that might qualify? Out of how many?
And those dozen they found are telling the troot' about their qualifications?

On the plus side, we found a way to get illegals into detention facilities voluntarily now :D

How was this "infiltration" accomplished, and what is the actual self interest in doing so? Deportation is deportation to the "undocumented", and it seems self interest would certainly discourage such an act.

I don't know, but I'm leaning towards calling bullshit on what seems to me to be a propaganda piece.

Of course it is. And it's likely to never have happened. An undercover operator cannot be believed until he or she published the work under their name

Ahem ! I checked this story out and it' valid - ahem ! It's a conspiracy propagated by space aliens from a newly discovered planet near the Milky Way Galaxy 30 million light years away.

They have joined forces with La Raza, MALDEF, The ACLU, MeCHA, the Reconquistas and the SPLC.

The plan is to go into detention facilities and check on Gringo abuses to prisoners such as denial of marijuana, narcotics, tequila, Corona beer, sex - cruel and inhuman punishment, and expose it to the public...................

I don't reccomend peyote to anyone, native indian or no.

Yes sir. Some people never learn, Americans will probably be looked at as fools for repeatedly voting people who enslave them for a century too. who knows how long that may carry on
