Immigration Propaganda From 1946

A short propaganda film from 1940's. Not color

Pretty good film. I would like to keep it , however at the bottom, above the time line of the film is a line with political garbage running. I did not delete it before watching just in case the film would go away. My question is, is that line why you called it propaganda? It looks like a Republican ad.
