More pictures were made available today showing trail camera images of a busy and dangerous smuggling area used by illegal aliens, drug smugglers, and armed men. These pictures are being debuted on American Patrol's website as part of a larger plan to showcase images and video from various contributors, some anonymous, disputing any claims that the border is secure. They have got the attention of high level law enforcement officials.

Pics 1 - 3: Still shots of a video showing a group of men moving north on a smuggling trail. This one is carrying what looks like a MAC-10 or MAC-11 machine gun. These are not widely used in Mexico for "street warfare" due to their limitations against vehicles and body armor. But on a trail like this at close range a bandit could easily intimidate an unarmed group of illegal aliens or drug smugglers. It is unclear if he is an advanced scout for a drug load or a bandit.

Pic 4: This still shot shows three men walking line abreast carrying (likely) 50Lb. loads of marijuana. Walking so close together and not in single file suggests they are not concerned about being heard or seen.

Doing jobs Americans won't do.

There is a REAL war of terrorism that directly threatens the lives of American citizens everyday right along that southern border and the way the Feds are handling this issue is despicable! OUR TROOPS ARE NEEDED HERE, if they are truly in the business of protecting Americans and OUR freedoms, then they need to be placed along that border! Mexico is a direct and immediate danger to the USA!

Where are the CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS against the U.S. government for not doing their job in securing that border and protecting the lives and properties of American citizens against invasion from a foreign country? Is EVERYONE who lives and owns property along that border really that brain dead, lazy or AFRAID to press this issue against the Feds? It seems if whole towns would start filing suits it would send a clear and loud message to the Feds that MORE needs to be done against Mexico for not keeping THEIR citizens in check and their citizens's actions in check that can't be construed as anything less that acts of war against this country and the citizens of the USA!

I agree completely with the spirit in which you speak. But I think part of the problem is US citizens who own property on the borders of this country in both the north and the south. If you want the military to patrol our physical borders, and I would like to see that too, then you must abide by troops on the ground on somebody's property. Not mine, of course, or your property, but some US citizen (I hope they are all US citizens.) will have to agree to that. And frankly, I think no such agreement should be necessary. That's part of the price a property owner pays by living on the US border and the country, the federal government in this case, should not suffer any kind of resistance to the need to put people on the ground on property that contains the US border.
