"The Salinas United Farm Workers said that they are going to be leaving their identification papers behind in attempts to get Arizona authorities to arrest them using racial profiling. Members of the union say that if they can not get the attention of the police then they will attempt to provoke them by committing traffic violations.

Efren Barajas, UFW President, says, "We are very unhappy with this piece of legislation and that's the way to let them know our position. They can arrest ourselves for being brown skinned, for not having documents, or for being suspicious of being undocumented."

So we have a conspiracy to commit crimes ?
We have threats of violence , threatening to commit traffic violations isn't a threat of a crime?
I fail to see where being undocumented has anything to do with threats of public crimes?

A bait and switch act.

The knuckleheads who are going to play this stunt won't be illegal...

It will be an attempt to provoke something which might be spun into "racial profiling".

So what if they leave their driver's licenses behind? They will still get a ticket for a moving violation in addition to a ticket for not having a driver's license to present to an LEO upon demand due to probable cause.

Describing them as Morons might be giving them way too much credit.

All citizens and those here legally must carry I D . Especially when driving.
I guess they feel that they are privledged or something.

If our justice dept even had half a clue they would be all over this

Conspiracy to commit a crime , is a crime.

When you have ethnic radicals in uniform with weapons dictating
how people should vote hanging out at our poling places and the justice dept just gives them a wink and nod

When the feds go after a state for enforcing laws that the feds have on the books , WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM
Especially when the president himself calls the laws "racist"

Yes, he did use misguided. But we all know where he stands on this. I myself think he himself is very "misguided" and that's being kind.

At any rate the whole issue is coming to a boil

At this point America is going to force his hand into enfocement one way or another , the illegals will not go quietly , Look for a whole lot of trouble from the enablers also

Sooner or later somebody with balls is going to say that yes, you have to profile groups of lawbreakers. Its coming and you all know it
