Today I got a flyer titled Help form the AMERICAN MODERATE PARTY

Does anyone have any practical or first hand knowledge concerning this apparently fledgling organization? Without outright endorsement or otherwise in accordance with the guidelines, of course.

The flyer has the same wording as the first page of the website http://americanmoderateparty.org/

There are links to the party platform, Tenets of the party, an opinion of illegal migration, etc.

Looks like he's an attorney in Southern Cal,

It could be that the attorney is just a registered agent for whomever is running this operation. Usually they just provide an address for service of process, but this one goes in a lot deeper with fax, phone, etc. I don't know...it could be either way
