What is the difference between

A DUI check point

or a check point to check for immigration papers?

Sooner or later we WILL HAVE TO DO something along these lines
if we ever want to have a chance to fix the problem.

Is there anyone saying you can't set up check points for purposes of checking immigration status?

Wouldn't that be racist?
