Baltimore - Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) arrested a Jamaican citizen wanted by Prince George's County, Maryland Police for rape and false imprisonment.On May 2, 19-year old Obrian James of Fort Washington, Maryland arrived on a flight from Montego Bay, Jamaica as a returning permanent resident of the United States.
