Actually this has been going on for years all over, but now some DA's are going above board with it. I don't see how this can be constitutional. They're extending a policy of favorable treatment based upon country of origin

How we as a people have excused all that is happening all around us and allowed ourselves to become second class and second rated to everyone outside of our country is amazing. We've had our schools teaching students that we as a country are nothing and we 'owe' everything to the rest of the world. Yes, feeling guilty and telling us we're greedy has turned so many in this country into ignorant sheep walking right off a cliff.

All this has it's origins in the 60's with the far left agenda which developed in a climate of social rebellion with "social justice" as a large part of the platform. The Civil Rights act was not taken on it's literal wording to promote equality, it was wrongly interpreted by "the elite", much of the judiciary and the educational system in such a manner as to merely turn the pre 1960's racial pecking order upside down and the traditional American world view was punched inside out.

Affirmative action, originating with Lyndon Johnson and expanded by Nixon, was originally meant to address past practices of discrimination. It has become a discriminatory agent itself with all the racial quotas (such as "representation" in college admission and the work place) which unwittingly rewards individual mediocrity and even individual failure to the collective detriment of the whole.

For example, I've seen women come out on the job who otherwise could not perform the work. That doesn't bother me so much as the ones who will initiate and egg on all the sexual inuendo and suggestiveness up to the point to where they are either uncomfortable with what they have created or are premeditated trouble makers from the beginning and an EEO charge is filed. Not only is productivity degraded in those cases, but the workplace can be an uncomfortable and potentially hostile environment.

This is the basic idea of what's generally going on the political correctness of "social justice", why people here illegally from Latin America get a pass when the green card Canadian widow of an American citizen would get thrown out of the country upon the death of her spouse.

I see it in the LULAC drive to turn local voting from general election to district " ethnic representation". In this manner two or three ringers with a racial agenda could move into a neighborhood full of foreigners who are not eligible to vote and might not even care about being American and wind up dominating local politics.

"Social justice" is why illegals caught driving without driver's licenses or insurance don't have their vehicles impounded. With the same circumstances it would take time and a load of cash to eventually get my vehicle back - no one would care that I didn't have transportation to get to work or pick up the kids from school.

"Social Justice" is why professors such as Armando Navarro, Rudy Acuna, Jose Angel Gutierrez, and Juan Gomez Quinones get paid to race bait and recruit for racial supremacy on campus while David Duke, Tom Metzger and the late Jeff Hall would get spit on for going to Starbucks together for a cup of overpriced coffee. They're all the same people cut from the same racist cloth, just different ancestry.

You can even see the concept of "social justice" in the Move On political ad where an octogenarian foul mouth old granny threatens that if Romney becomes president "we're going to burn this motherfucker down".

"Social justice" as implemented is a deconstructive tool to turn us away from everything - good and bad - we have ever been as a people of a historically unique nation.
