Governor Brown Signs Compact Allowing Indian Tribe Tobacco Sales At 18
 

I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but what I don't know is whether Brown WANTED to give the tribe a leg up on Tobacco sales in state, or whether he just plain didn't think about it. He just signed a bill raising the age for tobacco purchases to 21, and then turns around and signs a compact with an Indian tribe that allows them to sell to 18 year old's.

All as my small business selling e-cigs dies. We need to have a concerted effort to get every single person that is in office.....out of office.

Ran this thing for nearly 10 years now. But it dies on the vine because "big tobacco" gets to lobby because they have the money.

Back to engineering I suppose.

No way to push the products through individual approval at the FDA for me....so yeah, I'm done. We've all expected this for a long time, and it's been years of talking. But this is the final rule. Game's over.
