I met these folks at the Capitol. I joined up for a tour and sat in on the process of developing candidate questions to be asked during a vetting process. Then I was one of the panel of several that asked the candidate questions on video. The whole deal here is that the candidate goes on record as saying"___________________________________________ ______.
The Caucus does endorse candidates, but as a whole group. Not individual precincts, so people in Southern Cal get to help decide if the Northern Cal candidate gets the nod, and vice-versa.
